About the Role

Studio has been developed to help enterprises build, evaluate, and operate AI systems reliably, safely, and at scale, turning prototypes into production-ready solutions. It provides the infrastructure enterprises need to scale their use cases, including comprehensive monitoring, reliable automation, and centralized tracking of AI assets. We are seeking a strong product leader to own the strategy and shape the future of Studio redefining the AI builder experience in enterprises. You will determine how enterprises observe AI behavior, run complex workflows, version and track assets, and deploy safely across hybrid and self-hosted environments.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy and annual goals for Studio, and be accountable for its business impact.
  • Build the Studio PM organization: hire PMs and stream leads, set the operating cadence, and develop PMs through clear growth paths.
  • Partner with engineering leadership on the roadmap to scope, sequence, and deliver value by balancing quick wins for customers while advancing long-term platform bets.
  • Drive strategic customer discovery with the PMs under your responsibility.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Go-to-market teams on positioning, pricing and packaging, launch plans, and adoption strategies.
  • Partner cross-functionally and with other product leaders to ensure a unified customer journey.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management, with deep experience building technical platform, infrastructure or developer products for enterprise customers and AI/ML fluency.
  • Proven people leadership: hired and grown senior PMs, organized teams around clear stream ownership, and built durable operating cadences.
  • Experience launching and scaling products.
  • Proven ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Ownership and pragmatism: low ego, high EQ, bias for action; equally comfortable crafting a strategy narrative and diving into metrics, UX details, or a customer escalation.
  • Strong communication skills for executives, teams, and users.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments where priorities shift.
  • Self-directed, taking initiative to navigate unknowns and own outcomes.
