Successfully completed technical vocational training with further education as a master craftsman or technician (e.g., Industrial Master Metall, Technician Mechanical Engineering or Production Technology).
Alternatively, a completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
Professional experience in production planning, manufacturing control, work preparation, production logistics, or supply chain coordination.
Ideally, experience in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or steel construction.
Sound knowledge of production planning and manufacturing control, as well as an understanding of manufacturing processes.
Proficient use of ERP systems and experience in maintaining bills of materials, work plans, and production-related master data.
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach combined with a high degree of personal responsibility and organizational skills.
Very good German language skills and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel regularly to our Schkopau site.
