About the Role

As a senior member of the Brand Experience Division, you will lead project planning for a Supermarket brand, from strategy and client presentations to budgeting and event management, ensuring best-in-class brand experiences. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage senior client relationships and day-to-day client management.
  • Maintain strong communication and reporting with clients, brand stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Understand client project briefs and contribute to strategic and creative platforms.
  • Steer brainstorms, demonstrate creativity, and shape ideas using industry knowledge.
  • Deliver well-written presentations with strong content and narrative.
  • Manage projects, ensuring correct setup and structure of systems and procedures.
  • Plan and deliver projects, oversee on-site activations, create and manage budgets, and handle project administration.
  • Control client budgets daily, including pricing, profit, budget approvals, and payments.
  • Manage venue selection and booking, ensuring Health & Safety compliance and paperwork.
  • Coordinate and manage staffing partners, production suppliers, and third parties.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, maintaining project reports, job sheets, and schedules.
  • Ensure contract terms are understood, monitored, and met, and that service quality meets agreed KPIs.
  • Set KPIs and evaluate campaigns, including key learnings and case studies.
  • Develop additional business opportunities within the client account, identifying new prospects and managing contract renewals.
  • Lead by example, setting standards for best practice and high-quality work.
  • Line manage an Account Executive, providing guidance, support, and development.
  • Build strong internal relationships and foster team spirit.
  • Leverage experience from across THE·TEAM to optimize account work quality.
  • Identify incremental business opportunities.
  • Proactively seek ways to grow the account by promoting THE·TEAM's services.

  • Experiential / Live events planning and on-site experience.
