About the Role

This hybrid role offers an opportunity for early-career professionals to build expertise in infrastructure, insurance, M&A, and project finance while working on high-profile transactions alongside experienced specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of end-to-end project and programme management for corporate development initiatives, spanning due diligence through to integration and transition.
  • Act as the central hub for sophisticated M&A activity, coordinating collaborators across corporate development, the business, and external counterparties to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Lead structured governance and delivery, building robust project plans, aligning schedules, managing risks, and overseeing budgets across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive clear, consistent communication, ensuring all parties are aligned on priorities, milestones, and deliverables throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Produce insightful reporting and analysis across individual projects and the wider portfolio, enabling informed decision‑making by senior stakeholders.
  • Champion continuous improvement, capturing lessons learned, strengthening relationships with workstream leads, and feeding improvements back into future deals and processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in the insurance industry (e.g. broking or underwriting property & casualty or specialty lines)
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • An analytical approach and enthusiastic appetite to learn and develop your skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
  • Progress toward or completion of relevant insurance qualifications (e.g. ACII)
  • Language skills: English (additional foreign language skills beneficial).
  • Comfortable with flexible work schedule.
