About the Role

Lead comprehensive strategies for Pixel Ecosystem products, develop compelling consumer narratives, and execute global marketing campaigns. Shape consumer brand experience and serve as the go-to voice for products. Collaborate across internal and external teams to ensure excellence across all touchpoints, working closely with Product Marketing, Owned Channel, and Partner teams for effective execution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive brand strategy and narrative development for Pixel’s ecosystem products, including insight mining, briefing, creative development, production, go-to-market, budget, timeline, and measurement.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media, and in first-party and third-party retail.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external creative partners, facilitating the creative development process and reviews.
  • Ensure creative excellence and consistency in brand visual identity, brand messaging, and communications across all touchpoints.
  • Manage and present to executive cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with product marketing, creative, production, activation and engagement, retail, and owned channel teams.
  • Work with regional teams to scale the brand strategy and full-funnel campaigns to markets around the world.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in brand and consumer marketing.
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience managing relationships with creative agencies and production houses.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to build global brands, brand strategies, and campaigns.
  • Ability to navigate high stake initiatives and communication.
  • Comfortable in an ambiguous, high-pressure and changing environment.
  • Ability to build strategies from scratch and manage multiple projects at a time with very high standards for your work.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to distill complex analysis to impactful and actionable guidance.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in rooms of all sizes and seniority levels.
  • Strong negotiation skills for settling conflicts.
  • Relevant professional experience in mobile devices, telecommunications, or physical goods.
