- Develop and execute the go-to-market plan for engaging UK fintechs and banks.
- Map target accounts, identify optimal entry points, and design mutually beneficial partnership structures.
- Manage a focused list of 10 to 20 target accounts, prioritizing based on strategic fit, revenue potential, and deal velocity.
- Structure commercial terms that align with large institutions' procurement and risk processes while safeguarding Gigs' economics.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize deals.
- Partner with GTM, Connectivity, and Partner Success teams to define Gigs' offerings for bank partners.
- Contribute directly to UK&I market strategy, working closely with the market lead on priorities and positioning.
- Achieve a revenue target for your account list, aiming for 2-3 signed bank or major fintech partnerships within the first 18 months, with a qualified pipeline in place.
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing complex, strategic partnerships with large banks, financial institutions, or fintechs.
- Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles and building consensus across stakeholder groups.
- 8+ years in enterprise B2B commercial roles with quota or revenue target responsibility.
- Comfortable owning results end-to-end.
