About the Role
Nebius is seeking a Strategy Manager to join its central Strategy team. This role will focus on high-visibility workstreams including the company KPI framework, headcount planning, and cross-functional strategic projects, requiring adaptability to the fast-paced AI infrastructure market.
Responsibilities
- Design and run the company-wide KPI framework, defining metrics, tracking performance, and reporting insights to executive management.
- Drive headcount planning and forecasting across departments, working closely with HR and Finance.
- Lead strategic projects end-to-end, including market assessment, business cases, and M&A support.
- Consolidate company-wide strategic initiatives, aligning cross-team plans and validating initiative impact.
- Prepare board- and executive-level materials with clear narratives and recommendations.
- Run primary research, including expert interviews and customer surveys, to support recommendations.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (strategy consulting, investment banking/VC, or corporate strategy/BizOps at a high-growth AI-native company).
- Hands-on experience with KPI and performance-management frameworks, and headcount/org planning.
- Experience developing corporate strategies for hypergrowth companies and/or value creation plans.
- Strong financial acumen, fluent in P&L logic, unit economics, and business cases.
- Executive-level stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, capable of distilling complexity for a C-level audience.
- High ownership and work capacity, thriving in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
