About the Role
This role supports the CEO and helps shape the CEO Office's rhythm, focus, and impact. You will bring together priorities and perspectives across a complex, multi-billion-pound organization, turning insight into action, engaging senior stakeholders, and ensuring the CEO is prepared for key conversations and decisions. You will gain exceptional exposure across the business and AXA Group, playing a trusted and influential role.
Responsibilities
- Plan the CEO’s diary commitments with the EA and Chief of Staff, ensuring all meetings are prepared for.
- Liaise with colleagues to collate summarized briefing documents for CEO meetings, including papers and issue resolution.
- Coordinate the delivery of internal and external presentations and scripts for CEO meetings, aligning messaging with business strategy.
- Use initiative to manage the CEO’s internal and external social media visibility.
- Manage the delivery of UK Board reports and monthly updates to Group colleagues.
- Coordinate Management Committee papers, dashboards, and timely reporting of actions.
- Track organizational performance through financial reporting, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Set agendas for leadership team meetings, site visits, and business updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across AXA UK & Ireland and AXA Group.
- Develop and agree goals, performance frameworks, and annual target letters with the Executive team.
- Collate documentation for Executive 1:1s with the CEO, identifying discussion areas.
- Coordinate and manage the agenda for Management Committee meetings.
- Support or manage key strategic projects on behalf of the CEO.
- Manage the Business Manager Community, organizing quarterly activities and social events.
- Support the management of the CEO Office budget.
- Act as AXA Gracechurch Street Office Site Lead and Smart Working Ambassador, enhancing engagement and managing the site budget.
- Cover for the CEO’s Chief of Staff or PA during their leave.
