About the Role
As the first Jr. HR Manager at vly, you will accelerate, stabilize, and optimize various aspects of our People & Talent area, contributing to team efficiency and goal achievement. This role also involves stabilizing existing and improved processes for long-term effectiveness, with an immediate impact.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for recruiting positions, from initial kickoff to contract signing.
- Proactive candidate outreach on platforms like LinkedIn, with training and support provided.
- Managing the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Handling operational HR processes, contracts, payroll, master data, tool maintenance, and employee support.
- Supporting the organization of vly team events with the Office & Feel Good Manager.
- Driving continuous process improvements and projects within the People & Talent department, focusing on recruiting and people operations.
Requirements
- First professional experience in People/HR roles, ideally with interview experience.
- Academic background with a focus on HR, People, or Culture (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Business Psychology).
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and projects and meet deadlines.
- Proactive approach to communication and problem-solving.
- Passion for HR topics, recruiting, and interviewing techniques.
- Enthusiasm for finding new talent on online platforms.
- Alignment with a health-oriented food industry and comfortable in an ambitious scale-up culture.
- Open and proactive communication style.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
