Your role will be to ensure that the “Gold Standards” of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day. Responsibilities
- Cleaning, care, and proper storage of dishes, glasses, cutlery, and kitchen equipment
- Assisting in ensuring cleanliness and order in all kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Operating and maintaining dishwashing and cleaning machines
- Adhering to all hygiene, quality, and safety standards (HACCP)
- Proper disposal of waste and ensuring a clean work environment
- Supporting the kitchen team in daily operations
- Storing and organizing deliveries and inventory
- Careful handling of work tools and kitchen equipment
Requirements
- First experience in stewarding, kitchen, or cleaning is an advantage
- Reliable, meticulous, and independent work style
- Teamwork and commitment
- High awareness of hygiene and quality
- Physical resilience and flexibility
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Good German or English language skills
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for the hotel industry and enjoyment of working in a team
