About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial professional to take end-to-end project ownership and support our Co-CEO in day-to-day client management. You will be the central point of contact for clients, lead cross-functional and international teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with real business impact.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and IT transformation projects.
- Define project objectives, scope, timelines, resource planning, and delivery approach.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and quality, identifying risks proactively.
- Apply established project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Lead workshops, steering committees, and status meetings, ensuring transparent communication in English and German.
- Ensure solutions meet clients' business objectives, operational processes, and scalability needs.
- Lead cross-functional, international teams and create alignment in complex environments.
- Shape and scale the Business Consulting Practice by establishing standard processes, quality benchmarks, and team development structures.
- Contribute to proposals, client presentations, demos, and solution planning during pre-sales.
- Identify opportunities for additional value and contribute ideas for optimization and innovation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in consulting or a comparable industry.
- Experience as a Project Lead or Project Manager with agile methodologies overseeing IT projects.
- Experience as a Functional Lead or Business Analyst on Salesforce Sales, Service, or Commerce projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in functional requirements gathering.
- Experience in the Consumer Goods industry is a plus.
- Experience in or with large international consultancies is a plus.
- Experience working across multi-country project settings, navigating business and IT stakeholder landscapes.
- Solid understanding of IT project delivery (e.g., CRM, digital platforms, system implementations).
- Strong knowledge of common project management methodologies and tools.
- A knack for stakeholder management and requirements engineering.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Can-do attitude and enjoyment of solving complex problems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in remote and international teams.
- Willingness to travel.
