About the Role
As a working student in the Finance team, you will gain practical insights into the financial world of a growing company and apply your numerical skills. You will work on relevant tasks, including accounting, invoice verification, account reconciliation, and reporting for internal stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of financial structures in a modern, digitally oriented educational company.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing financial accounting and financial administration tasks.
- Create, verify, and book invoices and payment documents.
- Monitor financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
- Analyze financial data and create reports for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and document finance-related documents and processes.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university or college (ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar) for at least one more year.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial management.
- Native-level German language skills (C2).
- Structured, precise, and independent work style.
- Strong numerical understanding and analytical thinking skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and standard Office tools.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Good English skills are an advantage.
