Volunteer Mentor supporting Senior Women's Workers who work with vulnerable women experiencing multiple disadvantages. Focus on the Women's Pathway in Camden, offering one-to-one support and assisting staff with group facilitation.
Responsibilities
- Offer one-to-one support to service users in the community.
- Support staff to co-facilitate groups and activities.
- Be flexible, curious, and a good listener.
- Gain valuable experience and skills.
- Make a real difference in people's lives.
Requirements
- Must be able to offer comprehensive training.
- Must provide day-to-day advice and guidance.
- Must ensure regular meetings with a named supervisor.
- Subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level.
