About the Role
DARK MATTER is redefining the interfaces between technology, creativity, and interaction to create space for personal sensory experiences. DARK MATTER is an exhibition of space-filling light installations within a converted factory, showcasing new and technical concepts, most of which are being made visible to the public for the first time.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the smooth running of daily operations with diverse task areas, considering economic aspects
- Compliance with specifications, guidelines, and work instructions
- Ensuring quality standards, including order, cleanliness, and safety
- Leadership responsibility and employee coordination
- Assessment of disruptions and initiation of change measures
- Responsibility for inquiries, complaints, and emergencies
- Operational support as needed
Requirements
- Experience in event management
- Knowledge of necessary legal regulations (e.g., assembly venue law, safety, fire protection, etc.)
- Initial leadership experience
- Strong guest and service orientation
- High degree of initiative

- Willingness to work weekends
