Responsibilities
- Maintenance, repair, and inspection of building technology systems
- Performing electrical work within the scope of your qualifications
- Rectifying technical defects in apartments and buildings
- Support with maintenance work and vacant apartment renovations
- Inspection and documentation of defects
- Working according to technical specifications and safety regulations
- Coordination with colleagues, tenants, and external service providers
Requirements
- Completed training in the electrical field, e.g., as an electrician (m/f/d), electrical installer (m/f/d), or similar
- Experience in maintenance, building technology, or technical building management is advantageous
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Independent, careful, and reliable way of working
- Friendly demeanor towards tenants, colleagues, and service providers
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Driver's license class B
