About the Role
As a Sales Manager at Hilton London Croydon, you will generate and manage group sales, spreading the warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Generate and convert new business by researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales and exceed lead generation goals.
- Build and maintain client relationships by serving as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts and developing new ones to grow room revenue and overall profitability.
- Develop targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including preparing proposals, conducting site visits, negotiating terms, and securing contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue.
- Manage booking details by coordinating customer requirements (room, food and beverage, meeting space) and ensuring accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information in the hotel’s sales management system.
