About the Role
We are seeking a Receptionist (m/f/d) for our Berlin location, to work in an exclusive property. This is a part-time position (20 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 3 PM-7 PM). This role offers an opportunity for career changers, as a mini-job, or as a flexible student job in reception and concierge services.
Responsibilities
- Act as the friendly and central point of contact for an exclusive residential property.
- Enhance the daily lives of residents through comfort, security, and consistent friendliness.
- Manage shifts independently, act proactively, and bring a personal touch to the unique work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a service industry (e.g., hospitality, flight attendant, customer service, office management) is preferred.
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
- Excellent manners, confident demeanor, and a well-groomed appearance.
- Positive attitude and passion for service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High sense of responsibility and organizational skills.
- Clean criminal record required for employment.
