About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable carers with a minimum of 6 months healthcare experience to support a child in the Sutton area with complex needs. Carers who can use their own initiative but also ready for a challenge and is very attentive.
Requirements

About the Company
- Client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, benefiting from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.
- Specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes.
- All staff are employed directly and managed via PAYE, removing the need for third-party companies or self-calculation of tax.
- PAYE protects staff from breaching IR35 tax regulations.
