About the Role
Delaware North's Patina Group is searching for a full-time Pantry Attendant to join our team at Hudson Yards in New York, New York. In this energetic environment, you will never have a dull day on the job. Responsibilities
- Execute all assigned menu items in coordination with the identified team member on duty, preparing pantry menu items according to recipes and guidelines
- Ensure the highest possible standards of guest service are provided, listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions
- Maintain a clean and organized pantry at all times, stocking and storing food products as needed and adhering to all health and sanitation standards
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Requirements
- At least 6 months experience in a restaurant of similar capacity and level of cuisine
- Have a knowledge of basic cooking and food preparation techniques
- Ability to follow a recipe, including performing basic math skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, as well as reaching up to 7 feet
- Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift
