Responsibilities
- Develop proactive strategies with senior leadership to enhance culture, productivity, and engagement.
- Build comprehensive, future-focused people strategies aligned with impactful business outcomes.
- Establish trusted partnerships with senior business executives and develop strong business acumen.
- Anticipate external trends and business needs to influence positive people and business results.
- Utilize consultative skills to guide business direction.
- Manage ambiguity and lead organizational transformation through change.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement effective HR and business initiatives.
- Employ data and insights to inform decision-making and solution development.
Requirements
- Experience supporting a multi-site, multi-state organization.
- 8 years of experience in generalist human resources.
- 3 years of experience in people and change leadership/management in a dynamic environment.
- 2 years of management experience.
