About the Role
We are seeking a driven part-time Multi-Outlet Barback in Austin, TX, to contribute to an exceptional member experience and grow their hospitality career at a prestigious private club.
Responsibilities
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies while keeping bar operations running smoothly
- Assist bartenders by maintaining clean, organized stations and preparing garnishes, glassware, and equipment
- Support daily service, special events, and club functions by transporting inventory, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining a professional member experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a restaurant supporting bar operations
- Base knowledge of Beer, Wine, and Liquor
- TABC and Texas Food Handlers certifications
- Strong communication skills
- Team Player
- Ability to present yourself in a clean and professional way
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to Stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time
Skills
- Basic computer skills are a plus
- Club experience is a plus

- $18.00 plus 3% tip pool
