About the Role
Austin Country Club is seeking a full-time Multi-Outlet Bartender to join their Food & Beverage team in Austin, TX. This role focuses on creating memorable experiences for guests by serving beverages, building connections, and maintaining bar operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve handcrafted cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages.
- Build genuine connections with members.
- Prepare and stock bar areas.
- Monitor inventory.
- Recommend food and beverage pairings.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with club events and special functions.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Balance hospitality, attention to detail, and professionalism.
- Keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GE.
- 1+ years of experience in a restaurant, bartending, or barista setting.
- TABC and Texas Food Handlers certifications.
- Ability to create classic and craft cocktails.
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs.
