About the Role
HALO Bagels is seeking a new team member to join their diverse and international team in Berlin, dedicated to redefining the bagel experience with artisanal sourdough bagels and creating joyful moments.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and host, making guests feel welcome and appreciated.
- Take orders at the POS and prepare food and beverages at the bagel bar.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, striving for guest satisfaction.
- Maintain and carry out cleaning tasks in the store, complying with hygiene measurements and regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage replenishment of supplies and products.
Requirements
- Open-minded, friendly, and approachable with a strong service mentality.
- Ability to switch between tasks and strong organizational skills.
- Strong team spirit with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for food and hospitality, connected with the HALO brand.
- Open to flexible hours during weekdays and weekends.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
