About the Role
The Front Office Agent is the central point of contact for all guest requests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience through check-in and check-out procedures. This role also involves managing guest complaints, supporting management with organizational and administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
- Professional and friendly reception of guests, including check-in and check-out
- Serve as the primary contact person for all guest requests
- Handle guest complaints effectively
- Support department management in various organizational and administrative areas
- Responsible for diligent cash management and accurate revenue recording
- Ensure good, collegial, and effective collaboration within the logistics department and with all other hotel departments
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in hotel management or professional experience as a Front Office Agent
- Strong quality and responsibility awareness
- Reliable, flexible, and resilient
- Good communication skills in German and English (minimum C1 level) for interacting with staff and guests
- Friendly demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
- Team player who masters challenges together with colleagues
