About the Role
As a permanent member of our software team, you will work at our Berlin or Wolfsburg locations alongside experienced colleagues on innovative embedded solutions. You will develop software functions for safety-critical and highly reliable systems and accompany their implementation throughout the entire development process – from conception to integration. Our clients operate in various industries. Depending on the project, your involvement may also be in the defense sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop software functions for safety-critical and highly reliable systems.
- Accompany implementation from conception to integration.
- Integrate new functions in simulation environments and directly on the control unit.
- Ensure quality through comprehensive testing.
- Develop tailored software solutions in close cooperation with clients.
- Accompany implementation during occasional on-site assignments.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in embedded software development and testing under Linux and Windows.
- Very good knowledge of C/C++, Python, and Embedded Linux and Linux systems.
- Sound experience with version control systems (Git) and build systems (CMake).
- Experience in developing and using CI/CD pipelines.
- Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (written and spoken) for communication with clients, departments, and project teams.
- Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams.
