About the Role
The Private Equity Associate will play a key role in evaluating, executing and monitoring investments across the firm’s portfolio, working with regional and international clients on a wide range of complex transactions.
Responsibilities
- Build and analyze detailed financial models and valuations
- Drive diligence workstreams and coordinate third-party advisors
- Prepare investment committee materials and deal summaries
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives
- Conduct market and industry research
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting or private equity
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field
- Asset-backed finance, specialty finance or depository experience
Skills
- Strong analytical, modeling and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, collaborative and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal written communication skills
