About the Role
As an Apprentice Educator, you will gain hands-on experience while working towards an Early Years apprenticeship. You will rotate through nursery rooms, providing safe and inspirational care to children, with a path to a qualified educator role upon completion of your apprenticeship.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the ‘learning through play’ ethos and N Curriculum with care and flair.
- Support the daily routine to ensure smooth transitions.
- Plan learning experiences to support child development.
- Carry out observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
- Support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all areas.
- Commit to apprenticeship path and gain Early Years qualification.

- £19,656 - £20,717 per annum
