About the Role
As an Apprentice Educator, you will gain hands-on experience while working towards an Early Years apprenticeship (Level 2 or 3). You will provide safe and inspirational care to children, rotating through nursery rooms. Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will transition into a qualified educator role.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the 'learning through play' ethos and N Curriculum.
- Support the daily routine for smooth transitions.
- Plan innovative learning experiences to support child development.
- Carry out observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
- Support mealtime supervision in line with safety policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all areas.
- Commit to the apprenticeship path and gain Early Years qualification.
