Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sourcing and procurement strategies
Manage RFPs, RFQs, bids, supplier selection, and negotiations
Manage contracts, SOWs, WBS, schedules, costs, risks, and supplier performance
Apply Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and procurement best practices
Support capital projects and project procurement management
Manage supplier relationships and contractual compliance

Requirements

7+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, capital sourcing, or contract administration experience
Experience with capital projects, contract management, sourcing, and supplier management
Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, Coupa, or similar experience preferred
CPSM, PMP, or CSCP certification preferred
