About the Role

This position is responsible for the analysis, design, testing, development, and maintenance of best-in-class software experiences. The candidate will be adept with the agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles, taking responsibility for software artifacts adhering to U.S. Bank standards to ensure minimal impact on the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions and services.
Build and maintain REST APIs, backend services, and system integrations connecting internal and external platforms.
Develop scalable solutions that enable secure data exchange and business process automation.
Create and enhance workflow automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Contribute to application modernization initiatives, improving scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Participate in all phases of the SDLC including technical design, coding, testing, implementation, and production support.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and drive continuous improvement.
Implement and support application security, compliance, and risk management requirements.
Perform code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and promote engineering best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of relevant experience
