About the Role

Join ASX, a leading global securities exchange and trusted market operator, to power a stronger economic future. In this role, you will be part of the Digital and Enterprise Technology team, delivering compelling digital experiences and supporting customer-centric strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce support across the business and delivery team.
  • Triage, investigate, and resolve Salesforce issues, escalating as needed.
  • Manage Salesforce release activities, including planning, deployment coordination, regression support, communication, and post-release validation.
  • Support Copado release processes, metadata validation, deployment readiness, and change governance.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and list views.
  • Manage Salesforce users, personas, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing access, and field-level security.
  • Partner with business users to understand issues, clarify requirements, and translate needs into Salesforce changes.
  • Support connected platforms including Temenos Journey Manager / Avoka, DocuSign, OwnBackup, and archive-related services.
  • Maintain platform hygiene, data quality, access controls, and operational documentation.
  • Support UAT, regression testing, sandbox refreshes, QA validation, and release readiness activities.
  • Create and maintain release notes, user guides, support documentation, and knowledge articles.
  • Identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities to simplify support and enhance user experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong Salesforce administration knowledge across users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing, field-level security, record types, and page layouts.
  • Experience configuring Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and list views.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce release management, deployment coordination, testing, and post-release validation.
  • Working knowledge of Copado or similar DevOps / release management tools.
  • Strong production support skills, including issue triage, root cause analysis, incident management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience managing user access, personas, and business-role-based permissions.
  • Ability to engage confidently with business users and explain Salesforce behavior clearly.
  • Good understanding of data quality, platform hygiene, privacy-aware data handling, and governance controls.
  • Experience creating release notes, support guides, user documentation, and knowledge articles.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Australia on a permanent basis without restrictions.
