About the Role

Contribute to secure digital transformation in Cyber Security Consulting. Our global expert team provides clients with strategic and technical expertise in all aspects of Cyber Security, from developing strategies and designing secure business processes to using innovative technologies and risk management.

Responsibilities

Lead projects at the top decision-maker level for Fortune 500 clients.
Support the development of security strategies and programs.
Oversee implementation in close coordination with clients to ensure sustainable and viable Cyber Security.
Develop risk-based, business-oriented strategies with clients.
Advise executives on regulatory requirements.
Manage comprehensive transformation programs from target state definition to governance models and operational implementation.
Develop Target Operating Models (TOM) to improve client efficiency and collaboration between people, technology, and processes.
Work on projects focusing on various industries, including financial sector (e.g., DORA compliance for banks), public sector (e.g., information security for authorities), and industry (e.g., protection of networked production environments).
Continuously develop products and services with expertise, explore new customer segments, and integrate current topics like Generative AI or regulatory developments into practice.
Manage projects for executive-level clients.
Foster team development through targeted coaching and a cooperative leadership style.

Requirements

Excellent university degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, IT Security, Security Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent.
Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in Cyber Security Management, ideally with a focus on strategy, governance, or transformation for Fortune 500 clients.
Proven experience in leading complex projects.
High degree of personal responsibility, commitment, and a structured and agile work approach.
Sound knowledge of common Cyber Security standards such as ISO 27001, IT-Grundschutz, NIST, ISF, or DORA.
Ability to use AI as a strategic enabler for transformations, identify value creation and service potentials, and support clients in implementing future-oriented solutions.
Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English (spoken and written), especially when dealing with demanding stakeholders at management and C-level.
Willingness to travel.
