About the Role
As a Technical Product Manager for our Digital Domain, you will define and strategically develop digital products, manage end-to-end product roadmapping, and translate business objectives into actionable plans using agile methods. You will bridge business requirements with technical implementation, manage stakeholders, and ensure clear prioritization. Your expertise in cloud technologies and software architecture will guide development activities and technical decisions. You will use data analysis for product optimization and advocate for an outstanding user experience, while leading and motivating agile teams.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer needs into product concepts and manage the entire product life cycle.
- Oversee cross-team communication and collaboration with all stakeholders, including international stakeholders.
- Initiate and support the development and strategic advancement of digital products.
- Define and manage cross-product roadmaps and translate business objectives into concrete implementation plans.
- Plan and coordinate product launches and develop targeted marketing concepts, including a communication strategy.
- Capture, analyze, and prioritize product requirements in close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
- Manage the implementation of development activities, considering cloud technologies, software architecture, and agile methods.
- Ensure customer-experienced quality, economic viability, and continuous product optimization.
- Utilize data analysis to support product decisions and continuously improve user experience.
- Lead strategically oriented projects and agile, interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in business administration, computer science, business informatics, engineering, product management, or a comparable field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in product development or product management.
- In-depth experience in defining and strategically developing product roadmaps.
- Very good knowledge of and practical experience with agile methods, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent stakeholder-management skills and experience working with interdisciplinary and international teams.
- Solid experience in requirements management, including capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing product requirements.
- Very good knowledge of and practical experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
- A basic understanding of software architecture principles and patterns.
- Experience in developing, managing, and scaling digital products.
- Ability to analyze data and use it to support strategic and operational product decisions.
- Understanding of user-centred UX design principles and customer experience.
- Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence to manage workflows and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop agile, interdisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of API management, DevOps practices, and CI/CD is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity or data security is desirable.
- Product-management certifications, such as SAFe or CSPO, are an advantage.
