This role focuses on providing a personalized styling experience within a boutique setting, translating fashion trends into wearable wardrobes for clients. It involves client relationship management, sales support, coaching, and contributing to buying decisions.
Responsibilities
- Offer personalized styling experiences in the boutique.
- Translate seasonal fashion messages into wearable wardrobe possibilities.
- Prepare and present personalized wardrobe selections and appointment setups.
- Maintain consistent post-appointment follow-up with clients.
- Collaborate with the tailor to ensure impeccable fit through alteration services.
- Position Ready-to-Wear as the anchor of the CHANEL silhouette, integrating accessories.
- Support the boutique in expanding the client portfolio through reactivation and recruitment.
- Develop the RTW business by engaging Fashion Advisors and monitoring improvements.
- Support Style Experts in enhancing the styling capabilities of Fashion Advisors.
- Execute the monthly Boutique Styling Activity Plan aligned with seasonal priorities and commercial goals.
- Suggest styling alternatives to promote less popular pieces while maintaining the CHANEL silhouette.
- Partner with Fashion Advisors to engage new clients with the brand and the CHANEL silhouette.
- Post qualitative looks on the internal Fashion Community, sharing styling examples.
- Participate in boutique buy sessions, representing client preferences and needs.
- Provide qualitative styling comments to inform post-collection reviews and future buys.
