About the Role
The Counter Sales Associate - HVAC position ensures outstanding customer service for orders, maximizing sales and gross profit. This role is ideal for individuals with exceptional customer service skills seeking growth within a thriving organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct sales service and product line information to customers (in person, telephone, or e-mail), ensuring customer needs are satisfied.
- Process sales, including entering orders, pulling product from inventory, and scheduling delivery or assisting with order loading.
- Evaluate customer needs and upsell products where appropriate to maximize sales.
- Perform other related profit center duties to support business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication (written & verbal) skills.
- Ability to safely lift upwards of 50lbs.
