About the Role
The Reprographics Technician will provide an efficient and high-quality Reprographics service to the school, managing multi-functional printing equipment, fulfilling copying and production requests, managing stock levels, and supporting staff with document finishing and desktop publishing needs.

Requirements
- Experience working in a reprographics or administrative environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Positive, hands-on attitude
- Proficiency with reprographics technology, troubleshooting, or desktop publishing software (such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or Adobe Suite) is highly desirable
- Experience within a school environment is beneficial
- Full training on specific systems will be provided
- Must provide a letter explaining suitability for the role (max 1 side A4) with completed application form
- Conditional upon an enhanced criminal record check with the Disclosure and Barring Service
- Conditional upon a prohibition from teaching check (teachers only)
- Conditional upon satisfactory references
- Conditional upon the right to work in the UK
- Conditional upon a satisfactory health check
