About the Role
Unique opportunity to join the RBA's Payments Operations Program, strengthening Australia's national payments infrastructure and critical IT and business systems. You will be part of the Knowledge Management team, uplifting key knowledge artefacts for the RITS ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Uplift the Bank's key knowledge artefacts for the RITS ecosystem.
- Perform a range of business analysis and technical procedures writing tasks.
- Collaborate with the broader POP team, an external professional services firm, and relevant staff in Payments Settlements, IT, and Knowledge departments.
- Work and collaborate with multiple high performing teams committed to team goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- Strong expertise and experience in business analysis and technical procedures writing roles.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams including IT, operations, risk and compliance.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Experience in prioritising and working in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Strong team player.
- Familiarity with banking, payment or IT systems is desirable.
