About the Role
We are seeking to hire six individuals for our second new graduate recruitment drive. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and power supply land acquisition for our solar power, storage, and data center businesses.
Responsibilities
- Assist with map and list title management, land use submissions, and contract binding.
- Support site selection and suitability surveys for projects.
- Obtain property registers and manage files.
- Support the acquisition of private land or permits for public land use.
- Manage and administer files related to securing electricity system connection capacity, connection agreements, and power purchase agreements.
- Coordinate and report on necessary permits and consultations with prefectural and municipal governments.
- Coordinate and consult with local residents, community associations, and other stakeholders.

Salary/Compensations
- Base annual salary: 6,011,520 JPY (includes 20 hours of assumed overtime; additional overtime hours will be paid at an increased rate).
