About the Role
The Harry Walker Agency is seeking a Senior Agent to provide administrative support to Agents, manage database work, and assist with business development and sales support.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Agents, including filing and managing communications.
- Work within CRM database to input opportunities, invitations, and firm offer details.
- Track and communicate requested contract edits.
- Perform business development and sales support work, including prospecting phone calls.
- Prepare and email sales proposals and communications to potential buyers.
- Independently handle incoming requests for speakers for low or no fee invitations.
- Manage heavy database operations, including report generation and analysis, to identify and leverage opportunities for increased sales.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials in a timely manner.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Ability to find creative solutions and maintain a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Interested reading knowledge of Current Affairs and Business Trends.
