About the Role
Microsoft's Cloud Supply Chain organization is responsible for enabling the hardware infrastructure for cloud and AI growth, delivering the world's computer with an industry-leading supply chain. The Cloud Supply Chain Global Operations team powers Microsoft's cloud by driving end-to-end supply chain strategy, planning, and operations across a global datacenter infrastructure. We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to lead cross-functional efforts for new hardware platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure operational readiness and manufacturing ramp of new hardware platforms, including cloud, AI, GPU, and storage technologies.
- Develop and implement scalable frameworks for efficient transitions from product development to mass production.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and product teams to align production capabilities with market demands.
- Evaluate program readiness using data-driven performance metrics and operational reviews.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks affecting product launches and production scalability.
- Drive strategic decisions to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and capacity.
- Act as a technical liaison between engineering and operations teams to successfully deploy products.
- Lead resolution of production and quality challenges through coordinated root cause analysis.
- Inspire and drive alignment with leaders and stakeholders to achieve overarching business objectives.
- Uncover process improvement opportunities to simplify execution and accelerate production readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, program management, hardware development, or consumer electronics OR equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations or a related area.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
- Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

- USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area)
