About the Role
As a Senior Program Manager at Mojang Studios, you will lead Partner Developer Relations for the Minecraft Marketplace's strategic creator partnerships. This role involves managing technical programs, developer enablement, and cross-functional execution to support studios in building, publishing, and growing on the platform. You will act as the Voice of Partner, translating creator feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams, ensuring quality, safety, and player trust while facilitating strategic launches.
Responsibilities
- Manage the partner developer program portfolio for strategic creators, including scope, milestones, and success metrics.
- Assess partner capabilities and enablement needs, coordinating onboarding, publishing, content review, and monetization workflows.
- Represent the Voice of Partner by collecting and channeling creator feedback to shape the Creator Success roadmap.
- Contribute to the developer-relations operating model and quality bar, setting program standards and guardrails.
- Monitor portfolio health (quality, adoption, revenue, engagement) and develop plans for partner success.
- Coordinate cross-team resolution of blockers impacting strategic launches and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain program documentation, plans, and status reporting, and support competitive strategy against adjacent platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years of experience in a relevant technical domain, technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering, OR equivalent experience.
- Experience with gaming, creator/marketplace ecosystems, or UGC platforms.
- Familiarity with Minecraft Marketplace, creator publishing, or content review/monetization processes.
- Working knowledge of adjacent creator platforms (Roblox, UEFN/Fortnite, Unity, Fab).
- Experience supporting external partners across multiple regions (US and Europe).

- USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area)
