About the Role
We’re seeking an energetic, creative Shark Tank Teacher to inspire high school students to develop innovative ideas, think creatively, and confidently present their projects. You will guide students through brainstorming, developing solutions, building presentations, and pitching concepts in a Shark Tank-style format, strengthening skills in communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, and public speaking. The ideal candidate will create an engaging, hands-on classroom environment where students feel encouraged to take risks, share ideas, and build confidence.
Responsibilities
- Guide students through brainstorming ideas
- Guide students through identifying challenges
- Guide students through developing creative solutions
- Guide students through building presentations
- Guide students through pitching their concepts in a Shark Tank-style format
- Create an engaging, hands-on classroom environment
- Empower teachers to bring their own creativity and teaching style into the classroom
- Provide ongoing organizational support to help manage classroom logistics and day-to-day responsibilities
Requirements
- Charismatic, engaging, and student-focused personality
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and working with young learners
- Teaching, coaching, mentoring, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfort with technology (or openness to learning new platforms)
- Ability to create an exciting, hands-on classroom environment
