Responsibilities
- Propose sutures, skin adhesives, hernia repair meshes, continuous suction drainage systems, absorbable adhesion barriers, and various topical hemostats used in general surgery, focusing on surgical procedures, to a wide range of clinical departments.
- Contribute to the advancement of techniques by proposing products related to minimally invasive surgery, which places less burden on the body, and products for open and laparoscopic surgery such as automatic suturing devices, automatic anastomosis devices, and ultrasonic scalpels.
- Create an environment for high-quality surgical procedures together with healthcare professionals by providing information to promote the safe and appropriate use of proprietary products.
- Create value through product proposals by understanding the needs of healthcare professionals.
- Manage assigned territories and hospitals to maximize sales of proprietary products.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of sales experience with notable achievements during that period.
- Possession of a regular driver's license.
- Must possess or obtain a driver's license before employment for roles requiring vehicle operation.
- Must disclose any conditions that may prevent obtaining or renewing a driver's license due to specific medical conditions as defined by the Road Traffic Act.
- No loss of consciousness within the past 5 years due to illness or unknown causes.
- No temporary loss of control of any part of the body within the past 5 years due to illness.
- No instances of falling asleep during waking activities more than 3 times per week within the past 5 years, despite adequate sleep.
- No instances within the past 1 year of: repeated drinking leading to a continuous state of intoxication for 3 or more days, drinking against medical advice 3 or more times, or receiving advice from a doctor to refrain from driving due to illness.

- The Surgery Business Unit aims to realize safe and secure surgeries by bringing innovation to wound management and minimally invasive surgery. The Surgery Business Unit offers a rich lineup of products such as suturing products, wound management products, and highly maneuverable endoscopic surgery products, leading the world in the development of surgical products. We also focus on promoting the appropriate use of products and disseminating suturing methods that reduce the risk of postoperative infection and leave minimal scarring.
