About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to contribute to both our Sportsbook Core and Trust & Compliance business areas. This role is for a builder and product thinker who is obsessed with our product, not just its appearance. You will manage context across multiple roadmaps, prioritize effectively, work proactively, and adapt your output based on evidence and constraints.
Responsibilities
- Translate insights into actionable design decisions that enhance engagement, clarity, and conversion.
- Embrace experimentation.
- Adopt or feed product standards with scale and reusability in mind as a system thinker.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in product design with examples of care and end-to-end ownership.
- A portfolio showcasing your thinking process, including the problem, your solution, and potential future improvements.
- Evidence of rapid execution without compromising quality, with the ability to discuss projects shipped under pressure and deliberate trade-offs.
- A history of adapting your approach based on research, data, or constraints without hesitation.
- Experience managing multiple projects across different squads, domains, or roadmaps, with a clear prioritization strategy.
- Ability to articulate design decisions effectively to diverse stakeholders including engineers, lawyers, and commercial teams.
- Demonstrate visible investment in your professional practice, including how your craft has evolved and how you incorporate AI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (Bonus).
- Demonstrated mentorship or coaching of junior designers (Bonus).
- Familiarity with design systems at scale (Bonus).
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect user needs with business goals (Bonus).
