About the Role
Carson is looking for a Marketing Administrator who enjoys variety, adapts quickly, and thrives in a hands-on environment. This role provides exposure to a wide range of marketing activities across both digital and traditional channels. Success in this position comes from being willing to contribute wherever help is needed, learn new skills, and support the team in both creative and operational capacities. Responsibilities
- Support marketing campaigns, events, communications, content development, project coordination, vendor relationships, and administrative functions.
- Assist with creative projects.
- Organize marketing materials.
- Coordinate event logistics.
- Process purchase orders.
- Track projects.
- Build content.
- Support campaigns.
- Ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively from concept through completion.
- Proof documents and creative content.
- Post to social media accounts and manage online presence.
- Research products and venues for potential marketing opportunities.
- Support events, including coordinating logistics, vendors, and promotional materials.
- Report metrics from marketing campaigns.
- Process invoices and seek bids for marketing materials and services.
- Assist in branding efforts, including coordinating with vendors.
- Attend and support events, including tradeshows, customer appreciation events and excursions.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in office administration or marketing support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Solid organizational and task management skills.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
- Employer will conduct a background check, drug screen, and driving record check.
Skills
- Project management software experience is helpful.
- Curious, resourceful, coachable, and motivated by continuous learning and professional growth.
