About the Role
Mercor is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Head of Engagement Management to drive high-priority initiatives across sales, partnerships, marketing, and hiring. This role requires strategic thinking and rapid execution to guide Mercor's expanding Go-To-Market efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow Mercor’s business across frontier labs, AI companies, and enterprises.
- Activate partnerships with RL-as-a-service companies and partners to create joint Go-To-Market and revenue opportunities.
- Build 0→1 initiatives across product marketing, events marketing, and customer marketing, establishing playbooks before scaling dedicated teams.
- Identify organizational gaps and lead recruiting for high-priority roles within the Engagement Management organization.
- Own and execute the highest-leverage problems facing the organization.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in a Chief of Staff/Exec Ops role supporting a rapidly scaling business.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and execution.
- Strong commercial instincts and interest in AI.
- Ability to operate across sales, partnerships, marketing, and recruiting.
- High ownership, low ego, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
