About the Role
Provide data analytics and driven insights that help Change teams identify impacts, monitor readiness, manage risk and support adoption outcomes across UNITE and broader transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze change, readiness and customer data to identify trends, impacts, risks and opportunities
- Produce reporting and insights that support informed change decisions and prioritisation
- Support change managers in assessing change impacts readiness and adoption outcomes
- Translate data into actionable insights that inform stakeholder engagement and intervention strategies
- Ensure reporting is accurate, governed and aligned to agreed metrics and standards
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of change analytics, automation and AI-Enabled reporting solutions
Requirements
- Experience in data analysis
- Experience in insight generation
- Proficient in data quality and governance
- Well versed in communication and telling a story through data
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement experience
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Strong attention to detail
