Responsibilities
- Convert qualified opportunities into new live trading accounts.
- Identify high-value clients for the Premium Client Management team.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and introduce relevant CMC Markets products and services.
- Work towards clear sales and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing and the Premium Client Management team to ensure a positive client experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, ideally within financial services.
- Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine interest in financial markets, trading, and investing.
- A client-focused approach with strong integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a sales team.
- Experience with trading platforms and products is highly regarded.
