About the Role

As a Communications Manager, you will lead executive social media and communications efforts. This role is for an innovative individual who can navigate company transitions and break through the noise with creative strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the executive social media program, including strategy, content, and engagement.
  • Maintain a content calendar and pipeline for executive social content.
  • Monitor and measure social media results, adjusting strategy as needed.
  • Suggest new formats and test different content ideas.
  • Identify opportunities for executives to join trending conversations.
  • Lead product communications across Superhuman Mail, Docs, Go, and Agents.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to shape messaging and align launches.
  • Work with community and customer marketing leads to identify and tell customer stories.
  • Manage the speaking and awards program in collaboration with the PR agency.
  • Act as a communications liaison for the events team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, either in-house or at an agency.
  • Experience in the technology sector, with a preference for AI knowledge.
  • Proficiency in both new media and traditional media landscapes.
  • Proven track record managing executive social media programs, including ghostwriting and content calendar creation for C-suite leaders.
  • Experience managing product launch communications from strategy to execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with adaptability in voice and tone.
  • Strong media relations skills and existing relationships with tech and business reporters.
  • Sharp editorial instincts, ability to identify newsworthy content and trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
  • Based in San Francisco or New York.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
