About the Role
Salesforce's Enterprise Security organization is seeking Security Partner professionals to collaborate with leadership within enterprise Business Units (BUs). These roles are accountable for driving measurable security improvements and managing the relationship between enterprise BUs and Security. We are hiring across multiple levels, from Senior Analysts to Leads and Senior Leads, to develop independent technical judgment and operational skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a current, prioritized risk register for your BU, weighing compensating controls and distinguishing top risks.
- Engage deeply with your BU's architecture and lead security design reviews and threat models, advocating well-reasoned security positions.
- Utilize AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to accelerate analysis, applying sound judgment on outputs requiring human review.
- Provide your BU with the right security expertise and represent the BU's voice in security forums.
- Drive risk remediation plans and bug closure to completion, sequencing high-impact work first and establishing clear ownership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, or a closely related discipline within a large, complex enterprise or consulting environment (experience commensurate with the level applied for).
- Strong understanding of security control methodologies and frameworks (e.g., COSO, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53) and ability to translate them into business-relevant risk.
- Sharp, defensible technical point of view, backing positions with specifics and prioritizing risk with clarity and conviction.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, ability to build trust with cross-functional and remote stakeholders.
- Comfort operating under ambiguity and tight deadlines.

- $141,200 - $285,800 annually in select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area
